Position: Product Development Engineer

operating duty:
Responsible for the effective management of the companys products throughout their development, planning and introduction, market positioning, production, technological development, and entire lifecycle, ensuring that the products continue to create value for the company.
1. Market research
1) Participate in market research
2) Develop and prepare a feasibility study report for products based on local requirements proposed by the company;
2. Product development
1) Develop product technical specifications based on market demand;
2) Track and guide the implementation of product development plans, especially the realization of market demand functions and the control of target costs;
3) Adjust product design requirements in a timely manner based on market information;
4) Serve as the project manager for product development, fully responsible for product development, testing, production, inspection, and other related work;
3. Product development and market promotion
1) Develop product development plans, coordinate their implementation, and regularly report to management;
2) Assist the management in formulating product development goals and plans in accordance with the companys overall business development plan;
4. Batch production
1) Responsible for supervising the mass production of developed products, providing technical guidance, and ensuring product qualification;
2) Based on changes in product market demand, propose product technical suggestions and track their implementation to maintain a favorable position for the product in a competitive market;
3) Collaborate with the finance department to monitor the cost and sales profitability of products. Develop product control plans as needed and oversee their implementation;
4) Responsible for the management of standard product technical documents;
5) During the product lifecycle, provide relevant information about the product, organize the resolution of technical issues related to standard products in design, planned procurement, production, sales, quality, and service, and if necessary, form cross departmental functional teams to solve technical problems in the responsible products;

Job requirements:
1. Bachelors degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering, mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, or related majors such as electrical engineering.
2. Five years or more of engineering design experience in the medium voltage switch industry, proficient in electrification and automation principles, familiar with switch industry products (domestic and foreign), familiar with mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes and processing techniques, with experience in the research and development of medium voltage outdoor pole mounted switch products, familiar with medium voltage outdoor pole mounted switch product standards and design specifications, familiar with the structure, primary principles, and secondary electrical control principles of medium voltage outdoor pole mounted switch products, familiar with the production, manufacturing, and process of medium voltage outdoor switch products. Proficient in using drawing software such as AUTOCAD, SolidWorks, Pro-E, etc.
3. Strong communication and coordination skills, cross departmental collaboration abilities, and team management abilities; Strong comprehensive analysis and judgment abilities.
4. Good language expression and communication skills, able to endure hardship, focus on research, have active thinking, innovative spirit, and good teamwork spirit.
5. Priority will be given to those who have the ability to independently design, develop, and guide the production of medium voltage outdoor pole mounted switch product structures.
