Product Technical Features
The box is assembled with sealed, moisture-proof, and rust proof materials, which have high mechanical strength and strong corrosion resistance. There are no fasteners on the surface that can be disassembled, and it has good anti-theft performance. It has an IP43 protection level and strong rainproof performance;
The top cover of the box is designed as an air sandwich double-layer structure, with a drainage angle on the outer layer and ventilation openings; The air inlet is located at the bottom and sides of the box, and is equipped with a detachable dust filter screen; A bottom-up air convection is formed inside the box, which provides good insulation and ventilation effects;
The box has a sealed floor with cable inlet to prevent moisture from entering the cable trench; The contact area between the door and the box is sealed with sealing strips, and after opening, it has a windproof device, which facilitates the fixation of the door during operation. The door lock has a rainproof structural design.
The switch equipment inside the box has been installed and tested properly before leaving the factory. After transportation to the site, the box only needs to be lifted to the required position, which is simple to install and occupies a small area.
Electrical equipment adopts imported or domestically produced high-quality products; The back of the switch chamber is equipped with an explosion-proof valve. When the internal arc pressure is too high, the gas is discharged through the explosion-proof valve to ensure the safety of operators, cables, and other equipment;
