The SPD series outdoor high-voltage AC isolation switch developed and produced by Dejishen (Xiamen) Electric Co., Ltd. is a single-phase hook rod no-load operation switch. It can be used in overhead lines with AC frequency of 50Hz, rated current of 630A, and rated voltage below 12kV. It is mainly used in conjunction with circuit breakers or load switches as a visible break to improve the safety of equipment operation and maintenance. Use a live operating lever for opening and closing operations under no-load conditions.
Our company has developed a new generation of SPD series outdoor high-voltage AC three-phase isolation switches based on national standards and power technology specifications, using high-level quality standards and advanced assembly processes. The isolation switches produced by the company not only have a reasonable overall structural design, but all accessories are finely processed and made of high-quality materials. The silver plating thickness of the contact part of the product is above 20 μ m, and the fasteners are made of high-quality stainless steel material to ensure the service life of the product.

Product Technical Features
The overall insulation strength of the insulation strength switch is designed according to the setting requirements of 2000~3000 meters at high altitude. 12kV/630A can withstand a rated power frequency withstand voltage of up to 42kV (to ground)/48kV (to break), and a rated lightning impulse withstand voltage of 75kV (to ground)/85kV (to break), leaving sufficient margin in overall insulation performance.
The mechanical stability switch can perform more than 3000 no-load opening and closing operations without any mechanical adjustment, maintenance, or replacement of components.
Excellent dynamic and thermal stability performance, compact overall structure of the switch, high strength, can still ensure the integrity of the whole in the event of short circuit and high current faults in the line, without deformation or damage. The rated short-time withstand current of the isolation switch with a rated current of 630A can reach 25kA, with a duration of up to 4s, and the peak withstand current can reach 2.5 times the short-time withstand current.
The anti pollution level is high. Due to the large creepage distance design of the insulator, the external insulation capacity is greatly improved, and its creepage distance is much higher than the national standard IV level requirement of 31mm/kV. Therefore, the switch can be used for a long time in areas with particularly severe air pollution, including areas with severe salt spray invasion.
Low temperature rise, due to the use of dual static contacts and dual shunt blade structure design, and the use of special material springs to control the contact force of the contacts, effectively reduces the overall main circuit resistance, enabling the temperature rise of each point in the switch main circuit to meet the national standard GB/T11022 at 1.2 times the rated current load.
