We need to strengthen the implementation of responsibilities, work coordination, policy support, propaganda guidance, and party building guidance to ensure that all tasks are solidly implemented and achieve practical results. The total investment of the companys ongoing projects has reached 1.3 trillion yuan, driving upstream and downstream investment in the industrial chain to exceed 2.6 trillion yuan. Secondly, we must solidly carry out the preliminary work. Intensify the preliminary work of "Three Connections and Nine Direct" ultra-high voltage and strive to approve the construction of Wuhan Nanchang, Zhangbei Shengli, Sichuan Chongqing Interconnection, Huangshi ultra-high voltage AC, Jinshang Hubei, Longdong Shandong, Ningxia Hunan, Hami Chongqing ultra-high voltage DC and other projects within the year. Two pumped storage power stations, Zhuanghe in Liaoning and Niushoushan in Ningxia, will commence construction this year, striving to approve nine pumped storage projects. Thirdly, we need to accelerate the progress of project construction. Strengthen the dynamic analysis of construction resource elements, closely focus on goals, and promote orderly progress to ensure the ultra-high voltage exchange between Nanyang and Changsha, Jingmen and Wuhan, the Fujian Guangdong interconnection project, and the commissioning of four pumped storage units in Fengning, Hebei and one in Jinzhai, Anhui within the year. Accelerate the construction of a batch of key 750 kV and 500 kV power transmission and transformation projects. We must vigorously improve the quality of engineering. Strictly control the quality of equipment and deepen the full life cycle management of equipment assets. Strictly control the construction quality, strengthen the full process control of project construction, and strive to create high-quality and excellent projects. Strictly control the quality of acceptance, meticulously carry out engineering acceptance, and ensure a "zero defect" handover. We must make every effort to ensure safety and stability. Properly handling the relationship between safety and progress, consolidating the safety responsibilities of all parties, strengthening safety supervision and management, and enhancing on-site safety control. Grasp the work of epidemic prevention and control in a solid and detailed manner, and firmly guard the epidemic prevention front.
